- Responsibilities
3.1 The Vice-Chancellor has overall responsibility for implementing and monitoring compliance with this Equal Opportunity Policy.
3.2 All members of the university community, including staff, faculty, students, and visitors, have a responsibility to:

- Refrain from engaging in discriminatory behavior, harassment, or victimization.
- Report any incidents of discrimination, harassment, or unfair treatment to the appropriate authority.
- Recruitment and Selection
4.1 GIBT Campus is committed to recruiting and selecting candidates based on merit, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience, without discrimination or bias.
4.2 Recruitment processes shall be conducted transparently and in accordance with equal opportunity principles, ensuring fair and equal treatment for all applicants.
- Education and Training
